Tony
Bova - He's a performer, a producer and a director in
addition to being one of the most dedicated
professionals "in the business." Tony has
been involved with musical revues for over 25 years
now and is a consummate professional. His
performances in the many theatre venues he has been
a part of over the last two decades are all a great
source of inspiration and pride for him. Tony
continually strives to make his show better but he
also strives to make the world we live in better.
He has spent many hours and donated his time and
the time of others to benefit the lives of abused
children. Tony has for the last decade donated the
proceeds of several of his shows to the
Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty
of Children.
Maria
Anderson is a Boston native and thrilled to be performing
with Bova Productions for over 25 years. She had been actively
involved in charity dinner theatre benefiting the MSPCC for 20 years, performing in East Boston,
Wilmington and the Emerson Majestic Theatre. She
has appeared in such roles as Diane in A Chorus
Line, Minnie Fae in Hello Dolly and Reno Sweeney in
Anything Goes. Maria enjoys singing and dancing and
passing the arts along to her two children.
Peggy
Ryan has
been involved in theater both on and off stage
since she was a babe! Singing pretty much all her
life, she performed her one woman cabaret
"A Girl You Should Know" at the Club Café in
Boston. Peggy has also collaborated with Maria
Anderson, another one of our performers with their
performance of "Doin it for Kicks" cabaret. With
Bova Productions for over 15 years, she also donated her time and
talents to help raise funds for the Massachusetts
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
A Boston, MA native, she has performed through out
the region. Theater credits include the
roles of Nancy in "Oliver!", Tessie Tura in
"Gypsy", Reno Sweeney in several performances of
"Anything Goes", as well as productions of
"Cabaret", "How to Succeed in Business Without
Really Trying", and an original production of "
Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club
Band"
Ron
Rego has
been with Bova Productions for over 20 years. Although
classically trained, he loves the vocal styling's
of Jazz, Rock, Show Tunes and standards. His
passion is giving the audience his heart and soul.
His theater experience include Sweet Charity(male
lead-Oscar); Li'l Abner (Senator Foghorn; Guys
& Dolls (Nicely-Nicely). In dinner theater he
was the male lead Diamond Dorsey at Rosie O'Grady's
and played a supporting role in Louie Louie. He has
been a recurring performer in countless other
productions. Ron is a consummate performer and
thrills his audiences with his unique style
Tom
Edmonds has been performing throughout the area for more
than 25 years. Many years were spent performing in
musical reviews at the Prince Restaurant in Saugus,
Ma. with Crossroad Company. Community theater
productions have included roles in such shows as My
Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof, Man of La Mancha,
and Godspell. Tom is also a featured soloist at
Immanuel Congregational Church in his home town of
Beverly, MA. The opportunity to share the spotlight
with the gifted ensemble of Bova Productions has
been, and will continue to be a cherished privilege
for Tom. He has been with Bova Productions for over 10 years.
